Granite City’s New Bakery “Chocolate Covered Creations” opened on September 2nd and was a big hit that day when they held the grand opening! They had to close early at 4:00 PM because they sold out of everything very early.  The new store’s theme is Anime. There are lots of signs with characters and movies hanging on the walls. The bakery overall has a very good vibe and is very welcoming. On Tuesdays they sell mini cheesecake pastry tacos and look delicious. They also have endless options of boba drinks that are a fan favorite. I tried the strawberry lemonade drink and it was very delicious and refreshing and I will definitely be back!
