Why are the hallways so packed? I get it: We have a lot more students now then last semester. The teachers are always on the students about being late, but how are we supposed to be on time when the halls are full and it takes more time?
Overcrowding in the halls reduces students’ ability to pay attention and increases school violence. The way the students get pushed around and nobody is really nice about it. It’s kinda sad to see because then it leads to trouble. I think a 5 minute passing periods are just not long enough. Students can barely make it to class and are being marked tardy when they can’t get through the halls.
